Makita 18V LXT Offset Shear Kit Lithium Ion Brushless Cordless 18 Gauge
The Makita 18 gauge brushless cordless offset shear kit is designed for HVAC, MEP, fabrication, roofing and other applications. Shear with a cutting radius of 3 Inch has the capacity to cut up to 18 gauge mild steel. Brushless motor delivers an optimum speed rating of 0 to 3000 SPM and ensures a longer life. Shear head can be rotated for up to 360 degree to increase operational comfort in various positions. Pistol grip on the handle has an ergonomic design to minimize fatigue and ensure user comfort. Cast aluminum construction gives more strength and durability. Overload protection is provided to prevent burning out the motor in high torque applications. Integral LED light brightens up the working area in dark surfaces. Trigger lock-on mechanism ensures uninterrupted use and the lock-off mechanism needs two separate actions to initiate the tool. Belt clip keeps the tool safe when not in use. The extreme protection mechanism prevents the accumulation of dust and water in harsh jobsite conditions. Compact and lightweight design makes it easy to carry and use. Rapid optimum charger communicates with the built-in chip to maximize the battery life. Integrated fans in the charger cools down the batteries. Kit contains two 18 Volt 5 Amp-Hours batteries, an optimum charger, belt clip, hex wrench and a tool bag.
